Membership
is open to applicants from all trades and professions,
to individuals, companies and we also assist start-up
businesses. Established applicants would have been
trading honestly, fairly and have achieved proficiency
within their industry sector.
Companies
will be trading within established legal guidelines
with customer endorsed references. All applicants
should carry the required insurances to comply with the
law.

Applicants
should supply details of recent customers or suppliers
as references, this will be reflected in their star
rating viewed by the public in the CBT Directory. The
CBT will send a confidential questionnaire to each
referee, requesting confirmation of:
• Reliability.
• Fair pricing.
• Safety.
• Customer satisfaction & after sales service.
• Professional business manner.
Applicants are notified of acceptance within 10-14 days.
Members
don’t have to worry about remembering to renew
their membership. With the CBT’s automatic
