When you need the services of a Tradesman or a Business, complete the Request a Quote form entering your Residents Club membership Number after your name. We will forward your request to CBT trade members in your locality and request a discounted quotation on your behalf. This will provide a mutually rewarding method for both trade Members and Resident Club Members to work together to a satisfactory end result.

Family Websites.
You can share photos with distant friends and family. Whether they are living in the UK or abroad you can maintain the family bond. Have your family pictures uploaded for friends and relatives to see. We will if requested produce a family website containing up to five pages at a low cost of just £50 (one off fee) with FREE annual hosting (sub domain).

Extra Pages charged at just £30 each. We will make corrections free of charge to your website within 14 days of completion. Uploading/changing text or images to your completed website can be done at any time and with a small charge starting at just £20.

NOTICE: You are offered membership to the CBT Residents Club based on the general CBT terms of membership in addition to the terms set out below. By registering for membership you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Definitions Applicable to the following terms of membership: 1.1 CBT means Confederation Of Businesses And Traders Ltd trading as Confederation of Businesses and Traders registered office: Estuary House, 196 Ballards Road, Dagenham, Essex RM10 9AB. Hereinafter shall be referred to as the CBT. 1.2 You agree that we may use and disclose your details as we see fit (in accordance to ‘The Data Protection Act’). The CBT's Rights. 2.1 The CBT reserves the right to refuse membership at our discretion, and without giving reason. 2.2 We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend any agreement or membership agreement in cases where we suspect false or misleading information has been provided to us. If your membership is cancelled by us, it will be solely at our discretion. 2.3 Membership to the Residents Club is offered solely to non business applicants and if found otherwise all benefits will be withdrawn without recompense or refund of any monies. 2.4 You agree to indemnify us against all costs and losses and claims if any action is taken against us by any persons as a result of you the member making use of any CBT services CBT's Rights to make Changes to our Products or Services 3.1 All services and benefits offered by the CBT to it's members are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and CBT makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in relation to the Services, including but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. 3.2 We cannot accept any liability for any errors in printed or web based products. It is your responsibility to check your details are correct and kept up to date, and that any copy you supply us is correct. 3.3 Hosting given as a sub-domain is given free of charge by the CBT however the CBT is under no obligation to the member and can terminate this benefit at any time.
